I have tinnitus.How annoying it is. During the GT UCF game it overpowered the announcers voices and the NFL games its like having a bad case of tinnitus.

They literally said multiple times that both teams have to agree on "terms" in order to use it, and of course UAB wasn't agreeing to anything, so they couldn't do it.Never understood why we didn’t use it
It’s also been said in multiple games that they are allowed to play it, but that the level has to be agreed on, so it’s not ridiculously loud for the away team.
