Black Male, grew up in Detroits East Side (East Warren and Maryland Avenue if your familiar with Detroit) went to the Navy. Medically retired in 2014 PTSD.

CURRENT Occupation
Since 14 I've begun work for a hedge fund manager. Started out as a sales agent. Currently we trade in 86 different futures markets all commodities though our bread and butter is crude oil, heating oil, natural gas, doesn't matter if oil goes up or down we still gain capital. (People always say oil sucks. Yeah not for us) ask our parent company Saudi Aramco if oil sucks. In a nutshell I'm responsible acquiring qualified candidates to put invest into the market and seeking people who want to become shareholders.

Currently I seek commission based only sales agents who have contact with high net worth individuals (all of our client base) to just put me in contact with who they know and I'll do the rest. Conference call or whatever. We do 10% commission for all deals. All investments with us start at 100k and up. So people can keep their day jobs and still get checks from us. I love it so far and I've put some of my family's money into the company so definitely not the guy just telling people stuff I don't have my own money in. My family put in 500k in '14 we've been up 60-80% roi on that money every year. Which is our average. We are a private firm and if you want info pm your email I'll send you some information about us.

Enough with the work stuff lol

I currently travel a lot for business so I have a few properties around the country. When I'm not currently staying at them I have them listed on airbnb, homeaway and vbro just on the side. Usually run from 500-3000 a night depending on which location.
I have a high rise condo in Isla Verde beach in PR, I've got a unit on Biscayne in Miami right directly across from AA arena, I have a large home 8 BR, 14 Ba in Alpharetta,GA,
I have a home in Naples, FL (Pelican Bay) where our U.S. corporate HQ is.

I have a Penthouse Condo a block away from the Las Vegas strip. If CIS family is traveling I'm open to renting my places out to you guys as long as I'm not currently there.

Overseas I rent two properties one in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and the other in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where I'll be for the entire Olympics.

Thats enough about me.
Too some photos last night from my current situation out here in Vegas. Like I said all properties I'm open to renting out for your vacation. CIS fam.

I'm a canes fan football, Michigan State fan basketball (mother went there brother played there) Pistons, Lions, Tigers, Red Wings my other squads.

It's cool seeing how many great people are in CIS as a whole.

Yes.. it can... that's because people use diversity or differences to discriminate against those that are not like them... If we learn to embrace our differences instead of rebelling against those differences, the world we be a better place... I don't think everyone will buy in, so discrimination will continue until the end of time, but that's my opinion... For me I try and embrace differences... like I don't hold it against people that are Seminole fans... I realize and embrace the fact that we have differences... to each his own.. Then a pray for their dumb ***...lol kidding.. but we are all different... even from our own gender, race and religious group... not two of us are the same... so again you are correct : diversity can kill our unity unless, what we truly love over power our humanly desires to hate those things that are different.

The only difference I won't embrace is someone trying to harm my family while I'm trying to leave them alone. Everyone else is good in my book. Black, White, Native, Asian, Male, Female, Straight, ***, Democrat, Republican, Russian, Congolese, I simply don't care. People on this planet will agree on 90% of the issues out there, but are often used by the pros to fight over the few things they disagree on, or are made to think they disagree on. So, I hate no one. However, I do heavily dislike people who tell me and others we shouldn't like others who are different from us. Those that sew seeds of hate will one day get what's coming to them.

As for me, I'm a white male who hammers and lathes cymbals for a living in a small town in Southern Canada.

An individual American, I don't identify as a representative of a race, ethnicity, tribe, group, etc. Don't much care either way if you do, I will treat you according to your behavior.

Retired Territory Manager of a large diesel engine distributor. USAF vet Vietnam, GA pilot, father of two Army vets (combat infantry, and medic), one Navy (medic). Tennessee alumnus (psychology), lifelong UM fan (don't follow UT), as a South FL resident a long-time season tix holder until leaving the area have traveled coast to coast supporting the Canes with a group of rabid fans that includes two FSU grads and one former Auburn player. Happier sitting next to a mature fan of an opposing team than a Miami fan that screams, shouts, keeps his back to the game, gets sloppy drunk and or gets tossed out of a close game early in the fourth quarter. Enjoy sifting through forums here for tidbits about my beloved Canes team.

Dolphins season tix holder for 36 years, don't much follow pro football these days.

Bagman FTW!!! I'll chip in lol.

Every time I come back to this thread I like it more. What a mixed up (diverse would be the PC) we have. Amazing thought by OP. Not big fan of Uncle Luke, but he is right about one thing: Cane football brought unity. Well, for Canes fans. I still have gator, doomer, nole, and bucknut tribes.
