Look we are close, we beat the team that beat Coastal Carolina. So we are on the verge of something special here.

To coach at Miami (or a traditional football school), yes, although I don't either would be perfect fits here. Napier by all accounts is waiting for an SEC opening (LSU?). Chadwell on the other hand I think can present problems if he were to go to an ACC type school. His offense would be a pain, similar to the Paul Johnson's G. Tech teams.
The only coaches that say this are the ones that lose...Every Play Matters. It all comes down to a few plays
Perfect is the enemy of very good. I will take a very good coach who will rack up wins any day of the week.
I agree with your first statement on Chadwell regarding the ACC, all of the comparisons that many are making to Paul Johnson and his offense is only partially true in principle that he is running a version of the triple option sometimes.
Chadwell’s offense is different and innovative in that it has triple option (from the shotgun) , RPO, and Spread principles all in it. That’s what makes it different and difficult to prepare for. But unlike Paul Johnson’s or any of the service academy school’s offenses passing is a part of the offense and scheme. Passing is not just used when needed as the service academies tend to do.
The narrative that Chadwell’s offense is just like theirs is not accurate.
Here is a great interview of him explaining his offensive philosophy.

One hundred percent, I just realized what I said was a little ambiguous. What I meant to say was that he could present a problem for us if he were to take over another ACC team because his offense is a pain to defend.Perfect is the enemy of very good. I will take a very good coach who will rack up wins any day of the week.

I've haven't watched a lot of ULL games, but I've heard from gamblers that have backed them that Napier is an absolutely awful in-game coach.
Has anyone else heard the negatives of his lack of in-game performance?
**** lost a Wednesday night game on the road?!Can the slurping of Coastal and Chadwell stop now
