Freeman Brown was a monstaaaaa
Did he? I thought he made it in because the NCAA still used the sliding scale back then, but my memory is not good so I trust that I may very well be mistaken if you say I am incorrect.
Yep, no real talent at beach high after that with the exception of Ricardo Louis who went to Auburn and played in the NFL.My high school though there way after me. I don’t recall anyone saying anything negative about him. I think he was there when Duane Starks and Samari Rolle were playing in the same backfield.
Ah yes, I remember the modified sliding scale now.Miami did not use the sliding scale. We required a minimum SAT score at all times. So we used "half sliding scale".
Willie Willaims had sufficient GPA and SAT for Miami.
Yeah, reading that Kiper interview, sounds like He didn't start taking academics seriously until He got to OSU. Would've been nothing for Butch to send Him to Hargrave for a year if He showed at least half an interest in academics.
Willie had very good grades. He and his siblings are naturally intelligent people. Book smarts wasn’t his problem, impulse control was…Did he? post grad military prep schools like Hargrave and Fork Union were more if you needed to improve just your test scores not both test scores and core classes.
That’s what diploma mills like a Choice Prep and University High were for.
Keyshawn Johnson is one of my all time favorite Bucs. I feel like Ochocinco was a clone of him and Joey Galloway but more unstoppable and ****y because of it but not even close to the level of Randy Moss or Jerry Rice of course, just a solid solid wr you'd want on your NFL roster.
If you take away the 12 younger cats on the all time WR list Chad ends up about top 30 overall instead of 43rd
Chad was a dog

Ocho way better than Keyshawn and more athletic
Freeman Brown was a monstaaaaa
I believe that CCHS line had Ricky Perry, Brown and Donald Heaven - absolutely enormous line.
I want to say donald heaven was later. I can remember in middle school Heaven coming to my home n he was heading to fsu then. 92 i wouldnt even remember it at all.
Heaven was a beast to..my dad and heaven sr were track teammates also ethenic sands father as well. Heaven played with santana and ethenic
I looked it up and you’re right - heaven was a bit younger than brown and Perry. Still think there was one more dude on that OL with Perry and brown that was big. Drawing a blank.
