What most people dont realize is how brutal pro wrestling is on the body. Unless you have experieinced it first hand, you will never really understand the toll it takes. I am 50 and have the knees of a 70 year old thanks to wrestling. But I wouldnt change a thing.

I did amateur wrestling and our HS coach had done both, so we took some bumps. Then I trained some indie bros in S&C. It's a hard hard world. A single flat back makes you re-think life choices
