OT: Carol City Rashad Fenton - From Concessions to Super Bowl Player

Great story. I remember when he was a Freshman at Norland...

Another one that should've been a Cane but of course we struggle so badly with evals & recruiting.

He's one of the locals that Grady Brown snatched up to South Carolina.

We was ****ed tf off when he transferred to CC. #V4L tho

still insane that we can’t recruit and sign 25 excellent football players a year at Miami. all one has to do is go to the games and watch, to see who’s elite and underrated. it’s really that easy.... mind blowing

We were screaming for Paul Williams to offer Rashad Fenton and Sheldrick Redwine all year. Now both are in the pros.
DMoney, why do all our coaches have such a hard time listening to local coaches.
You would think that some 30 or 40 year old coach would be open to listening to people that have seen kids develop from peewee to the nfl.

Manny’s staff has been better than Golden’s on the local offers, IMO. But there is a lot of ego involved and they can’t offer anyone.

I believe we offered him late in the process, as plan B - similar to Redwine.. Ughhh. Ninja said, thank u , but no thanks.
No more contingency recruiting plans - with top local talent period!

We've heard x staph has been better than y staph locally for over a decade. Same results. Color me skeptical.

Every time him and Carlton Davis pop up on the tv during games I tell my buddy we should have had both of them
