Belichick, ought to be ashamed for signing newton. Cam has single handily set the human race back 15,000 years with his stupidity and lack of judgement. He needs to star in that Geico caveman commercial

People are gonna doubt Cam because they don't like him personally, but regardless of that one thing that can't be doubted is Belichick & McDaniels ability to put together a game plan to win on any given Sunday/Monday/Thursday, they've won games with Matt Cassel, Jimmy Garoppolo & Jacoby Brissett, you'd be a fool to think they can't win with Cam.

And I'm a Ravens fan btw, I can't stand the Pats, but this was a good pickup for them.

Another poster and myself said this would happen , I believe in the “cam released” thread. It made too much sense.

Bb has been wanting an athletic qb for awhile now. He wants to go power run / zone read, probably to just be an FU to the pass happy nfl. Just another way to show how brilliant he is. Odds are Pats win there 10-11 games and make it a couple rounds in the playoffs.

There are far far worse QB's in the league than Cam, the over top reactions to him & his career are always hilarious to me. Dudes like Mark Sanchez & Rex Grossman have been starters on teams that went to playoffs but somehow Cam is finished at 31 lmao.

Homie...I’m saying based off last season. Prior to that, when he was healthy, its not even a question. But his shoulder was DEAD last year. Is it fixed? If so, **** yeah this is a great signing, obviously. But no, I’m not overreacting. The Cam Newton in the 2 games last year was way worse than Mark Sanchez or Rex Grossman. Look at this thread. This is not an NFL QB, period. And it’s not because he never was or anything silly. When healthy, Cam was amazing. I’m not talking down on his ability, WHEN HEALTHY. But sorry man, this is a completely cooked shoulder.

Cam Newton is now 0-2. First, he legally marries the stripper and had 3 children with her, and then he doubled down on the “fail” and “wifed-up” an IG gal and gave her a kid too.
