I agree but I think it’s about fit. Judging Steph and Klay get back, Wiggins fits better.Honestly, this trade doesn’t really make sense to me, Wiggins is ok, but I would rather have Russell personally. Protected 1st round picks are essentially useless depending on the protection. I believe the heat got by far the best value for their trade today.
You have @nystateofmind depicted as a woman or a man with breast implants , Do you know something we dont?

Hedging on his/her gender (or whatever the word police are saying these days)?I figured he was good either way. Lol
the wolves have wanted him bad for a while. They were trying to figure out how to get him last off-seasonRussell is a gunner that brings nothing to the table but scoring , no defense , no passing and that was a bad contract that Gs got out of.
Wiggins is still young and is a good player, long , athletic and plays d. He’ll be a third or fourth option next year and is a better fit if you’re trying to make a deep run. He won’t have to be the main ball handler and the guy there.
This also frees up money for Gs, they’ll sign five minimum guys and will have money to blow next year while getting a high pick. The cherry on top is Wiggins contract ends in 2022, if he leaves that’ll leave enough money to go get another max guy or close.
I’m shocked they found somebody to take Russell’s contract , that’s hilarious.
