OT: A More Original Walk-On to Scholarship Announcement

The offering of a walk-on a full scholarship announcement can get kinda played out but this was one was pretty cool and actually featured a Cane. Btw, you gotta imagine there are some former Canes that would have killed for Ol' Alfredo to come out in pads one day.

I wish we could have done this, but Al would have picked Fentress and had him line up 8 yards into the end zone for the drill

I wish we could have done this, but Al would have picked Fentress and had him line up 8 yards into the end zone for the drill

Haha. Or he'd have called a timeout and just called on the FG unit as he jogged back to his office thinking about those cannolis he had in his mini fridge.

I'm thinking some sort of combo of banner flying, Ray Liota & The Rock video messaging along with Kuligowski coming out in full pads would top it. Sadly the offer would have to be rescinded after Kool smashes the offensive walk-on's head into the ground a good 3 yds from the goal line.

If it's a DT walk-on, [MENTION=4597]Paranos[/MENTION] should dress in Jerome Brown style in camo and hand-deliver the scholly
 
I could see The Rock doing something like that. Come out LIVE to the practice field and start talking trash to a walk on, like its Wrestlemania.

Just Bring It!

And then pull out the scholarship papers.

That was an amazing thing to do by their coach. Deserves to be posted here on CIS. FYI, there would have been pandemonium, players fighting for the chance to concuss aldorito.
