OSU Setting Up NIL Foundation in Florida

I think we'll see some state legislation from Tally to curtail this. Otherwise, OSU won't be the only one setting up shop in Florida.
This organization may have cooperative in its name but its configuration may be entirely legal. I don't think you can limit a legally constructed entity from out of state as it would constitute an illegal constraint of interstate commerce.

Mario knows very well about building that fence.

I’m sure Albert Breer will have a full breakdown in his Monday Morning Buckeye column

Not seeing the benefit to OSU. No kid cares if the collective writing checks is located in Florida or Ohio. Money is green no matter what state it comes from.

I assume it must be that they are fundraising in Florida

I posted on the J Smith thread that they were 8k focused on this state.
There is no greater recruiter in the history of college football than cash.

I was told that Urban Meyer and that nil collective had a plan that included a heavy presence in sofla.

I hate Ohio state so ******* much. They're actually an underachieving school. Ohio is the the 7th most populated state, they have absolutely no competition in state for talent, they bring in recruits from all over by cheating, and they still have very few natty championships in the modern era. They can eat **** and die.

Edit: this seems reasonable to me but I've been drinking all day

They don't really need a collective with the freaking TV deal they just signed.💰💰💰

If they're doing it, it's legal as best anyone can tell in these crazy *** times.
