I was told by a mentor that if something is important, measure it. So you can look back and see how things are going and if you need to make adjustments. Unlike Richt and Jon, and Golden and D'Onofrio--Diaz needs to not follow suit and stick with Baker if he isn't turning the ship around. College Football is a cutthroat business. If he can't fire a dude for lack of production, I've been propping Diaz up for all this time, he's dead to me.

Absolutely agree. Just don't see it happening. Pride, stubbornness and ego almost always win out- especially when a coach doesn't feel like his job is threatened.

true, but my point was that we are right on the edge of mediocre and good. If we can improve we can get to good by the end of the season. Maybe we can’t. I really don’t know. No one does. I will judge Manny by his overall body of work this season. As I said, I would be happy with a 9-4 campaign, though it looks very unlikely at this point.

I agree with waiting till season end to evaluate things, but it’s pretty hard to be optimistic and play the what-if game, because we are awhole lot closer to being winless against P5 schools than being undefeated on the season. I can’t even tell you one single item that Manny can claim he has improved compared to 2018. Bringing in Feely is about the only thing I’ll give him credit for, everything else he looks clueless or his hires and gameplan aren’t good enough
 
Fix it. He’s paid a lot of money to win games and he hasn’t delivered.

I don’t care who he has to fire or what changes need to be made...he can sway me by fixing this team and winning games.

Nothing else matters but winning. Recruit better players or recruit different players. I don’t care. Keep the current coaches or fire them. Play the current players or put in the ones who haven’t played yet. Crank up the run game or throw it 70 times!?!

I don’t care. But fix this team and start winning games.
 
Safe to say....judging by the social media comments and blogs . WE ARE TIRED OF THE GIMMICKS! We want WINS and a proven Well Known Popular Head coach to get us there !!!

You can have all the Diamonds, Cuban link Turnover chains and Rings...Papito the only thing that matter is Championship rings!
(At this #TNM rate we are not seeing this anytime soon.) GTFOH
