You mean actually be a head coach? No way he does that.If he took over the D starting tomorrow morning, started N'Kosi, got Spicer or ANYONE to kick extra points, it would show some self awareness.

I think it really reflects on you if you don't fire assembled staff if they haven't lived up to expectations. In the end, coordinators have far less leash than head coaches do when it comes to the chopping block. You find out quick if some guys are more effective as assistants versus being a coordinator or even a coach.Has a first year corch ever actually remotely cleaned house- even after the season?
