The use of the word "slurper" on this board has gotten exhausting. You don't have to be a "slurper" to choose to get behind an HC and hope for the best when he's hired. If he proves he isn't the guy, then criticize him. But WTF is the point of attacking the sh-t out of one before he has even left the gates?!? I'm not saying you are doing that, D, but that's been the sentiment from a vocal minority on here all day. It's ridiculous.

A lot of 3 star recruits on this D playing significant time. Yes we definitely had some solid 4s and a guy like Shaq was more a national recruit but we can certainly do better recruiting

Not trying to talk myself into it but I think most of us are more aware than we were a few searches ago. We’ll see.

I like Diaz's energy and swag but his defenses were over rated but for what he had up front he did well. I think the recruiting aspect of MD will be his downfall just like the previous four coaches and this hire has put the nail in a once historic program. U have fans on here talking about he bagging up when he never recruited well before and now there trying to convince themselves, its amazing to me how many of u get tricked by the brand new toy that was actually rewrapped and refurbished in a new color. I may look like a fool and I'll admit that if it turns out to a title but Im confident in saying this wont workout and no big time program would of hired him.

Also want to edit, I didnt make this post to get anybody upset this is my opinion and keep them feelings in check bruh

Then you don't understand how counters and ships work. Cager staying doesn't mean I want the kid starting. We need numbers or we will be playing a walk-on vs. starters for the 2s. Pass on having another Bryan Monroe as a scout team WR! We only have 10 spots and 76 kids so every kid that leaves outside of the next one means we are under 85 for '19. No need to hope kids leave because they looked like dogchit in a dogchit offense.

I get it recruiting has been dreadful and I do get the numbers game so your right, I really am hoping MD closes on the big names left.

Yea that will be a big thing..........I wont lie I dont know about most come up guys so I will be reading threads here by the know it guys. The know it guys that arent blind though

@Dwinstitles you are my dude an we agree on butch but you want a coach you throws his middle finger up and pulls his d&*k out. Manny is that dude. turnoverchain, white board on the sidelines, dude blitzes with huge leads in 4th, he will def run up scores. he might be a bust or he might be your guy. it will all depend on if he gets some recruiters
 
100% bruh. I’ll know what I need to know in February and I don’t think it’s gonna be what people think
