Only 3 DE available for bowl game?

prepare for one of our most phoned in performances ever as we get ragdolled by LaTech...it won't be pretty but should be comedy gold watching Manny and Enos stumble around this one.

Joyner could play DE if he's healthy.

And we have loads of DTs - we could always slide someone outside who's a bit more athletic.

Rousseau
Patchan
Harvey - has he played all season?

He’ll, get Cam Williams some snaps

Am I missing anyone?

Blissett should play DE against LT. He's lost a bunch of weight since arriving and is athletic enough imo. Bethel could do it too. There's no sign of Tyreic Martin existing aside from his name being on the roster for the last 25 years, but maybe he'll get a look there as well.
Dude graduated, iirc. Comgeats to him.

Short of injury (Pinckney), these kids leaving early should be playing....and trying to put some **** good tape out there as a last rehearsal for the NFL pre-draft process. Get some hype going by playing well.

Not playing, which some front offices don't like when it's lower rated guys, and having other questionable tape is only going to hurt them imo.

1 good game against laTech isn't going to erase 3-4 years of ****** games that are filmed.

You'd be surprised how much a good game late in a career can spark interest and "potential", especially if you follow it up with good post-season things in workouts or senior games.

former canes player that went on to the nfl said AT BEST if you have a good last game AND AMAZING combine, you can move 1 round. He also knows a lot of scouts and asked them for round evals on UM players going pro, said they all said garvin is 5-7 the rest they said are UDFA. so.......yeah a good game vs la tech would do nothing for these kids. they are boned no matter what bc they are brain dead and think they are talented and they aint.

I’d like to volunteer, but I don’t wanna get killed by Latek linemen Who actually are legitly coached and know a thing or two.

I saw a pic of Blissett and he looks thin compared to where I thought he was at. Wouldn’t be shocked if he’s gonna be a DE going forward.

Well declaring when they shouldn't is another story. These kids are leaving money on the table. Even if they don't feel this staff is good or will help them improve, just being another year older, stronger, more mature and experience should help them improve.....especially Garvin. With GR15 getting attention he should be able to feast.

That said, a 5-7 round estimate with a good last game and combine could push him to 4-5. Round 4 money is much different than Round 7 money....also usually means a kid is secure his first year bc GMs don't want to look foolish cutting a 4th rounder.
