Clark has been the difference-maker. Justice and Manny get no credit for that. They were forced to play him.The ol has improved pass blocking a lot too. They graded out as the best group in the Acc against NCSU.

True but they’re giving him great pockets , he does get the ball out quicker than king and is better on the rpoSometimes the QB can make the OL look better as well. TVD is getting rid of the ball fast, making good decisions.
Got it. Makes a difference for some reason I thought he had 3 OCs. No excuses for him then.Coley, Coley, and then Richt. Only had 2 that were conceptually the same.
The only progress he made under richt was game manager type stuff. Under Coley he had the typical freshman to sophomore jump but nothing crazy. Not like we all thought anyway
Kaaya hit the Richt RPO wallIf he builds year over year he's going to be very very good.
Hope he doesn't hit the wall that Kaaya did and never really got better after his 2nd year. Totally different player with better tools than Kaaya, though.
Yep. Had his tooth knocked out on a targeting no call and kept swinging. That kid showed up for FSU. No matter what. Pretty sure he would’ve thrown for 300+ from a wheelchair if he had to.
After the throw he made to get out of there, Lashlee darn sure better. For sure. I just think he can be better than Kaaya if he's not already. The last 2 games he certainly is playing as good or better than Kaaya ever did.
TVD just has everything that Brad never had.. that extra tick of arm strength, the ability to move in the pocket, and the ability to keep it and do something with his legs.
If TVD doesn't hit the proverbial wall that Kaaya did.. he'll play like this (of course the numbers aren't sustainable week in and week out) for a full season next year. His next step is making adjustments at the LOS and getting out of plays like the one in the end zone that was almost a safety when we ran right into a blitz that he saw pre-snap. Hope Lashlee gives him that authority too.
Question. He is shredding pressure. Pittsburgh sent several blitzes his way and he threw right at them. Against UNC and UVA, he was 3-13 for ten yards and a pick under pressure. The past two games, he is 10-16 for 164 yards with three TDs.
TVD is excellent in his preparation and now he has experience. Couple that with the physical tools, and we are seeing rapid progress.
Question.
Is TVD the most Physically gifted QB we've had in over 25 years+ ?
Well said, KING just did not fit to this offense. I just we stick pocket passer.Do you recall any Lashlee/King games where we saw a lot of zone? Any recollection of how we fared?
I think the fact that Lashlee has slowed the pace down a bit at times has helped the online as well.True but they’re giving him great pockets , he does get the ball out quicker than king and is better on the rpo
