that is about 1,000X more likely than Chip Kelly being the HC of the Miami Hurricanes
 
There would have to be monumental changes to the overall philosophy of the administrations thoughts about athletic spending to get Kelly to even consider taking the Miami job. His thoughts on s&c, tracking sleep patterns, nutrition, sports psychology are innovative and would cost in the millions on top of his salary and assistants plus a support staff of about 18 people. In other words not gonna happen!

If he got fired, our dumbass admin would offer him 2.2 mil a year. Some other middle of the pack school will offer 4+ mil and laugh their way to being a perennial top 10 program.
