On Zion Nelson

Feld likely was barely working with Nelson. Coming off a surgery it would be the team Dr and staff working directly with Zion until he is basically game ready.

Yeah this was such a stupid tactic if they thought his half season of highlights were enough for a top 100 pick grade. He needed to play and perform. Now he looks fragile when they ask why you were out all season and he keeps mentioning lingering issues lol

He needs to come back and be a stout LT

Minus the knee I think he maybe gets picked late just as a value pick versus where he was last year. Now after no film this year and a knee issue that’s out the window. He has to show film and availability.

I had him gone in my head too and for months, I knew they were dead set on going pro at one time. At this point it would be silly to go pro , he needs another year regardless if it’s here or somewhere else. I wouldn’t be shocked at anything at this point. Regardless if he goes pro , transfers or stays.

Waiting like I am expecting a plane or meteor to fall from the sky and I am wearing an umbrella.

I gonna go with a meniscus injury. Tried to see if it healed itself so he could play this year (conservative approach). It didn’t. Then he got it repaired (not trimmed) which requires crutches and missing the season. If that is the case, his knee should be fine once it heals.
