agree we will lose one problem and cause another one. We need a juco CB and maybe move Johnson to CB too.

I believe Johnson's best position is at nickel CB. Now when you say move Johnson to CB do you mean as an outside CB (boundary or field)?
While I fully agree that our CB situation is atrocious and unacceptable, I don't want to have to move a player(Johnson) away from his best position/s(Safety, NickelCB) just to fill a void unless it is the the very last available option.
