I want you to be right. But if this is essentially our team, Notre Dame’s gonna abuse our defense’s *** in ways that no *** should be violated. I mean ugly. This is a 7 or 8 win team right now.

Should have went all in (pause) on Nolan last portal. We did it for Cam should have did it for Nolan. (I think that’s his name)

Usually elite DTs ain’t hitting the portal or WRs. Great players don’t usually hit the portal. Very rare and we got one last cycle

Miami Hurricanes defensive lineman Joshua Horton, who has officially entered the NCAA transfer portal, is likely to visit the Florida Gators according to a source close to Horton. Florida, Auburn, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Missouri and South Carolina are all expected to be players in this recruitment and he could visit each of them.

That’s a pretty good list lol, good for him.

Not sure why more people aren’t concerned about our front 7. We have Moten who is just ok, an undersized Mesidor that is truly a DE, and then Scott can’t play more than 5 consecutive plays without getting winded from multiple spring reports. And after that? Nothing proven at all, like very far from it. We’re not even sure Scott is starting-caliber yet, not like he blew us away last year (albeit limited reps and a TF).

ND will go belt to *** on our DL if we don’t start whale hunting in the next week at DT and LB.

Blay?

I agree we need 2 DT in the portal. One decent one and one depth piece is fine. But at least Scott and Artavius Jones are highly recruited kids with talent.

I meant to type him in there my fault, must’ve gotten cut off. But yes agreed 👍 have to start seeing some of these 5* talents get developed early, and this season will be a great barometer for that.
