Itll be a tough blow to the program. His energy and the defense he coordinated played at the Miami standard we can be proud of as Hurricanes.

My only hope is Richt sees why it is so important to hire guys like him for both sides of the ball.

Not so much in terms of talent. Diaz inherited Chad Thomas, Norton, McIntosh, Willis, Ray Jenkins, Jamal Carter, Corn Elder, Trent Harris, Jaquan, MJack, Quarterman....

The magic number is $3+ million per year for Temple to get him most likely. Manny is making $1M/yr at Miami. Miami could probably go to $1.4M/yr but I think Coach Richt would have to include some offensive Changes to keep Manny.

You can check my post and likes or dislikes and don’t claim to know anything or care to be recognized. I saw something and figured if anyone really knew anything they would be here. Clearly something is happening we just don’t know what it is yet.

He's not getting anywhere near $3M at Temple. It's a good job and he should take it, but it's nowhere near that good.

He's making about $1M at Miami, from everything I've gathered.

I have been told Temple is in the neighborhood of $2M a year, possibly a little more.

Very difficult to say to no a 100%-120% raise and the opportunity to be the head coach of a program who has turned their last 4 coaches into Power 5 coaches.

After taxes in Philadelphia he would be closer to what he makes here. Saying 2 mill if we get to 1.4/1.5 and a title change he might stay.
