More and more like the NFL every day. We saw Nico try to pull the NFL style hold out that backfired. Now more and more we’re seeing kids play schools against each other to start a bidding war.
 
To be clear, I’m not reporting LSU is going to give him 2. I’m told their number is much lower but still over a million. Not a bidding issue- seems he wants to be in the SEC and is making unrealistic demands on us to get more from LSU.

In my opinion, it helps us overall because we have an easier path to the playoffs. We are outrecruiting the rest of the ACC by a lot.

If we become a perennial playoff team, I think our combination of location and elite recruiting head coach will help us become an elite recruiting team. The key is rebuilding the brand as a consistent winner and NFL producer.

But short term, it definitely hurts us in battles like this one.
