The type of complacency being expressed in the article doesn’t just materialize out of thin air.

It is a sign of poor leadership, management, and coaching.

These bad habits were allowed to fester under Richt for three years and Manny should have been better prepared to shake things up witnessing the performance of those guys in practice.

It looks like his ego told him his defense was just that good and he thought he could turn it around with touchdown rings.

Searles was a screamer by all accounts, but it takes more than that to get in the heads of these young guys.

The way this team was managed allowed this situation to get out of control.

The coach apologists don’t have a leg to stand on here. They were slurping for Richt, but these are the guys he recruited.

Manny should have brought in way more JC and grad transfers if it was this bad. He was too busy tweeting and hitting up the jeweler.

There is an obvious lack of control and it is easy to see with the way Richt and Manny conducted themselves through adversity.

Sometimes you got to send a few guys packing so people get the message **** is real. But if the players smell beta chump on you, even that won’t work.

You can see in a coach’s eyes on the sideline if they consistently have it to lead these young guys.

What did you see in Richt the last three years and Manny this year?
