You've got allegedly 1.5 mil to spend on an O-Coordinator. Do your job; get someone elite, or **** isn't going to be pretty around here. Patience is thin.

You hire a very strong OC and leave it to him to build his staff on that side of the ball save perhaps 1 coach that
you want (Hartley?).......everyone else is fair game and he can do like Pontious Pilate.

Pay Kiffin 1.5. Do WHATEVER it takes to hire an elite o line coach. An extra 300k a year could mean the difference between playoffs and 9 wins. Go after Stoutland. Give Manny the right support staff and he will lead us to the playoffs. He has defense championship caliber. Now he has to fix everything else that Richt ****ed up
