LOL, Ok, since you put it that way, all I can say about Jarren Williams is that from what Im told by a good source(that has a very high batting average) is that he has the highest upside of the three. The best blend of arm and athleticism. But we all know last year was not great for him in many ways, we all heard about his issues

Again, I have no horse in this race(I'll keep saying that till August 24) and no inside info on how practices are going(yet). But realistically, given how little he played, I can't see Diaz and Enos tabbing him for the opener. This is why last season was such a disaster, it hurt UM on several fronts, the present and future.

Honestly, this is one of those situations where I wish Miami was starting off with a Bethune Cookman or some other directional school. But they scheduled Florida, it is what it is

But Enos seems to have a much more QB friendly offense, I expect whoever is back there to eventually be pretty good, the question is just how long will that take?

Well, there you have it, he's our starter. Can't lie, I'm a bit stunned that Manny gambled(for lack of a better term) given his experience and the fact many believe he was a dark horse candidate

But when the dust settled, it's clear that Williams is the guy who gives Enos the best opportunity to run his complete offensive package because of his overall skill set/

Honestly, I love this move, this is the kid that can really get better and better as this season progresses.

It’s more than just the UF game. It’s the whole season and next season. We need someone who can grow, get better, has the tools, the mental makeup, to continue an upward trajectory. Win or lose, if he gets better as the season goes on, we’ll be an entirely different animal by the end of the year.

This is what I love about this decision, it wasn't just about a game(even a rivalry game), but about the big picture and future of the program. Again, Im willing to go through the growing pains with 15

And this isnt just about Williams, I trust Enos to guide him through this progress. I mean, if this was the Richt's, well... y'know...
