In the next 6-7 years CMR is going to get us firmly planted back in the top 10-15 in rankings. He will get us back on really solid footing. Something we haven't had in over 10 years now.

We will get in the playoffs a few times and maybe pickup number 6.

But, most important is that Miami will become relevant again, and we will start to win a lot more games. He will find the ACC a lot easier waters to swim then the SEC. We will become a force again in year 2 and after.

Then he will retire after rebuilding the program, and setting us up really well for the future.
