Now that we have an actual coach I'm not afraid of other teams trying to poach SoFla, especially cause Rich has the name recognition here and nationally
 
Coley brings a very valuable skill with his ability to identify and land QBs. If he's not calling plays he's an asset.

Give him a meaningless title like TE coach/recruiting coordinator and let him do his thing.

One thing that's great about hiring co defensive coordinators is that they would have a main position they coach at such as linebacker, dline and dbs therefore allowing for higher salaries to be thrown at them instead of hiring a position coach at every level on top of a defensive coordinator who is not assigned a position group.

I'm shocked here...Ferman knows that if he wants accurate information that he has to go through Peter Ariz to get it. Anything else is questionable at best.
 
No way Georgia is that dumb...at the very least there's a negative percent chance he'll be calling plays.

If either of those statements aren't true...the SEC just got weaker by 1 team. He one of the worst offensive coordinators I've ever seen...college or pro.
