Would You Be Upset If Al Left For Pedo State?

At this point it might be better for him personally to go to PSU. We already have multiple commits questioning their commitment and our biggest has already decommitted. He has also stirred up the lynch mob and put himself in a no-win situation for next year unless he wins BIG. He's gone and if he's not he's a bigger idiot than we all thought.

Michael Anthony Munchak (born March 6, 1960) is an American football coach and former player. He was most recently the head coach of the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League. He played college football for Penn State University from 1978 to 1981. He was drafted in the first round of the 1982 NFL Draft (8th overall) by the Houston Oilers. Munchak has spent his entire professional career, both as a player and a coach, with the Oilers/Titans organization.


Maybe a bump in the road on the Al Golden to PSU train?

That's weird about them being in constant communication since Yandle was tweeting yesterday about knowing just as much as everyone else.
 
Seems like a pretty easy decision for Al at this point.. Keep going to schools that are banned from bowls and he won't be exposed as a total fraud.
 
Even if he leaves this is how stoops responded to his name in browns talks

Also on the air Friday, Stoops neither confirmed nor denied media reports that he is in the mix to become the next coach of the Cleveland Browns.

"I haven't heard that, Stoops said. "But in the end I don't ever acknowledge or deny one way or another whenever anyone has any interest in me, that's always a personal deal. I love where I'm at, I work with great people and hope to be here a long time."
 
I heard him say this on 2 separate shows (The Herd and Dan Patrick's show) on Friday and thought that was a perfect way to handle it. Simple and to the point.
 
He needs to leave at this pt. This clown may have no job now because he's not welcome anymore. He better pray Munchak wants to sit on his **** and collect the money the Titans owe him or he takes a coordinator job elsewhere

And completely ambiguous. It basically says nothing.

Nothing wrong with that, IMO.
 
From day 1 the only shocking thing in all of this to me was the fact that PSU would be "ok" with Onfrio coming along.

The more time that goes by it's becoming clearer and clearer to me that NEITHER school wants Onfrio, but either administration would want Golden.

Blake James...for the love of sanity...you need to make a public announcement RIGHT NOW that Onfrio has been fired. You acted preemptively and force Golden to either accept coming back on YOUR terms...or quit.

I just have a hard time believing PSU is stupid enough to accept Onfrio in the package deal. Unfortunately I don't have a hard time believing our administration is stupid enough to ***** this up and allow them BOTH to come back.
 
If somehow we end up retaining both Golden AND D'Onofrio in this deal, but lose some commits... I will be done with this poorly run program.
It's embarrassing.
 
If golden does come crawling back has he lost leverage with administration?

Will they be able to get him to fire D'Onofrio?

Yup.

Too much pressure here to win now. Plus you have high schools that actually give a **** about their teams. You can't bull**** them all.
