**Sierra C.C. OLB/DE Devante Bond has officially inked with Miami. At 6’3”, 230 pounds, Bond will bring an instant pass-rushing threat to the Hurricanes’ defense for next season. Bond committed to Miami back on December 14th and held offers from the likes of Cal, Nebraska, Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Bond will have two years of eligibility at Miami.

**Miami Northwestern Defensive Back Artie Burns (6”, 190) is officially a Miami Hurricane. The one-time Alabama commit switched to Miami over the summer and is considered one of the premier talents in the country in the secondary. Burns is an elite level athlete, as he is one of the top hurdlers in the country for his age group. The four-star recruit can play either Safety or Cornerback. Expected to make an impact right away on special teams.

**Southridge safety Jamal Carter’s letter of intent has come through the fax machine. The hard-hitting DB has an imposing frame at 6’2”, 215 and combines his size with the ability to run in the 4.4s. Carter will get on the field early for Miami in a special teams role as well as playing near the box.

**Moeller High School (Oh.) interior offensive lineman Alex Gall has signed with Miami. The mauling lineman projects to play either guard or center in his time at Miami. Gall is noted for his gritty mentality on the field. He committed to Miami back in the summer shortly after receiving an offer at an Al Golden Football Camp.

**The centerpiece of Miami’s class on the offensive side of the ball, Kevin Olsen, has singed with the ‘Canes. The 6’3”, 195 New Jersey native is the brother of former Miami tight end Greg Olsen. Kevin is one of the most highly rated pro-style quarterbacks in the country and is noted for his leadership qualities and calm demeanor.

**Perhaps one of the biggest surprises of this recruiting cycle was Miami campturing the commitment of 4-star defensive end Alquadin Muhammad back at the Army All-American Game last month. After some speculation that Muhammad would still be looking around despite his Miami commitment, the New Jersey native has officially sent in his letter of intent and will be a Miami Hurricane. Muhammad is a devastating pass-rusher of the edge with a quick first step and speed.

**The son of an all-time great has signed with Miami. Following in the footsteps of his father, Lake Mary Prep ATH Ray Lewis III is officially a Miami Hurricane. Lewis III broke multiple Central Florida rushing records throughout his high school career, but could also be slated to play in the defensive backfield as well.

**Miami gets much-needed size up front with the signing of Ufomba Kamalu. Kamalu is a 6’5”, 285-pound Junior College defensive lineman from Butler Community College in Kansas. Although he can play inside, Kamalu will most likely be used as a big DE at Miami.

**Stacy Coley commits to Miami: http://canesinsight.com/showthread.php/48209-Coley-is-a-Cane

Matthew Thomas signed with FSU
Denver Kirkland signed with Arkansas
Jaynard Bostwick signed with uf
Keith Bryant - signed with FSU

Since a lot of us are at work and unable to devote the time we would like, would it possible to add a "not yet Canes" line, so we know who is left? If we receive their LOI, move them to the Signed bucket. If they sign with someone else, leave them there and add the school they signed with.

Sure.

Not yet Canes: every player in the country who is not listed above. I'll try to keep this updated.

With only a couple remaining targets out there it's time to start focusing on the guys we got, and how they're going to impact this program in a positive way.
