Man I remember that Thursday nighter. Reggie Wayne balled out of his mind.

I was there, unfortunately. First time I ever saw the Canes play in person.

Believe it or not, over 40+ years, I never have seen a Canes team win anything at all. We went to the Sugar Bowl against Tennessee, and despite all the hype, THAT so-called great team didn't look any better to me than the garbage I saw in the '70s. Spent a fortune on just a disgusting game. I would love to see a good Canes team play in person, but I don't think it's ever going to happen for me. (The rest of the '80's were spent overseas.)
