Thanks, I will look in to him. Wonder if we could pry him from Auburn?
Thanks for the input, where did you see this at?Auburn people want Grimes out of there. Malzahn likes him though.
Dameyune Craig at Auburn
That WILL NOT happen. Less than 0% chance.
Wouldn't surprise me at all if Lashlee is hired that we keep pretty much everything else intact.
Thanks for the input, where did you see this at?
ur bro in law is a coach? thats pretty cool actuallyI'm an Auburn grad. They are my second favorite team (well third behind wherever my bro-in-law is employed at the time)
Yeah, Auburn ain't getting rid of their ace bagman.
As for the staff, I think everything points to Barry, Stubbs and Enos all gone.
I thought Craig was at AM with Jumbo?I'm an Auburn grad. They are my second favorite team (well third behind wherever my bro-in-law is employed at the time)
Craig is at A&M with Jimbo. They are TIGHT. Plus, Lashlee was part of the reason why Craig left AU for LSU. Lashlee was Malzahn's guy.
I thought Craig was at AM with Jumbo?
He actually had a lil stint with the Dolphins back in the day.
But no way is he leaving without a substantial pay raise.
Also @supersaiyanshel even if Craig didn't have the issue with Lashlee AND he wasn't tight with Jimbo, we couldn't afford him. Craig makes over 600k as "WR" coach.
Money well spent looking at their recruiting classes. Also @supersaiyanshel even if Craig didn't have the issue with Lashlee AND he wasn't tight with Jimbo, we couldn't afford him. Craig makes over 600k as "WR" coach.
IF the OC hire is as important as the moron AD and the moron HC say it is, then money shouldnt be an issue here for anyone under the OC. if you want the Manny hire to work out and want the offense immediately improved, then spare no expense with the OCs staff. thats of course, if the BOT are willing to spend. something tells me that they are not and well cut corners after hiring whoever as OC. well pay the OC 1.5 and say, oh we care we just paid x for this guy, but not give him the nec resources to get the guys he needs under him.
A couple of things.
1) there's a lot of space between cutting corners and paying more than 600k for a WR caoch. Craig is the highest paid WR coach in the country.
2) they (A&M) ain't paying Craig that much to coach WR's if you get my drift.
Money well spent looking at their recruiting classes.
Hes the one who pulled Jameis for FSU. Beast "recruiter".
yes i know 600k is a lot for a WR coach, but my point is that the school is known to go cheap on the things they dont think is as important as the flash positions. look, if say Lashlee said he needs x to come in and x costs 500-600 bc x is an elite recruiter/bag man, you do it and dont hesitate.
Issue with that is we'd be paying him for nothing because he'd be walking around with a potato sack full of monopoly money. LOL
