They say this when recruit targets get quiet then they are shocked when they go to Bama.

I've learned over the years quiet = bad when it comes to this program.

This board has broken every possible hire and identified every candidate Miami has either offered or interviewed. I’m going to ask D$ to change this board to “The Mail Room” because we have so thoroughly read Manny’s mind.

It’s clear that Diaz is striking out across the board, and that this hire will be both underwhelming and uninspiring, because there are no candidates left that we haven’t thought of.

God I would take Jim Chaney so fast...Love their offense. Outside of the bowl no show, that offense was excellent this season. Balanced, no gimmicks, but not stone age.

More reason why Miami should have hired a proven HC like babers or campbell.

Not saying Diaz wont work out but its obvious that the big OC names are passing on us for a reason.
