I would guess blocking played a role.Wonder where the coaches thought his deficiencies were? Size, route running, blocking, getting separation, hands ???
Speed and agility always were touted as plusses.
Maybe. Carr's not that big. Seen him listed anywhere from 170-185.I would guess blocking played a role.
One thing about Mali, Marion and CJ they really blocked. Same with Moore. Seemed like a priority for this staff
thats not true lol he had a fewTrumpyCane wants to know how?
He had zero catches
he did well at smuJaylon Knighton didn't prove anyone wrong.
more of an opportunityHe got beat out by 3 true freshmen.
What else do you need to see?
SmuI don't like this one i really believed in Carr i think he's going to do really well wherever he goes. Wish he would have stayed
Cincy kid flashed the couple times I saw him get targeted out WR room turned out pretty solid imoHe couldn’t crack the rotation at any point. They brought in the kid from Cinci which should have been a sign of what they think of him as a potential contributor
Don’t disrespect Jaylan Knighton. He had his flaws, but he produced here. Ny Carr ain’t done shii here.ya.. I think this is another jaylon knighton situation. I think he lands somewhere and proves a lot of people wrong
And gave him a few targets in the NC State game, so he could have film.we took him back last year when we could have said no thanks and he land at a lower level situation ...
Every single receiver on the roster except Chance Robinson, played and got targets. It’s very clear that he is just not good enough, the younger guys have passed him and don’t seem to be looking back.Maybe im wrong but why go through all the trouble and time to recruit this kid and then never give him an opportunity to play. Maybe he wasn't doing enough to crack the rotation but he looked good in the limited snaps at pitt
