What’s the word on Kiffin? Interested to hear if you think it’s truly Mario or one more year of Manny.

Him saying he backed off can definitely give off the vibe that it’s a clown show down here. Who really knows if he was offered the job. I will keep saying most people on here are giving Zo too much power for a made up role.

Just saying. If the talk on them not wanting Kiffin is true then we were never serious in the first place. And the fact that the only two people they’ve been interested in, publicly, are Hispanic with Miami ties tells you this **** is messed up. Especially when you have a clear upgrade willing to leave the SEC after a 10-2 year.

I think he could've definitely been turned off. I don't know if we messed it up in the sense that he was really a top choice and we pushed him away. Could've been just stringing him along like they're stringing Diaz along. I see that as a real possibility

Wondering if this is possible too. Could you imagine? I doubt it since why would we do this to throw off the scent of no one was after him but us…but perhaps it’s hom and the coach and once we said that it wasn’t happening, people stopped following him and he continued to work on the next coach. Anyone hear of jim flying into Eugene? Did DNC track and tail numbers heading up that way?

Usually leaks are from the candidates not the hiring entity.

I said after Unc Lane 100 % wants the job. Just search and you’ll find my post. I always had doubts about Miami hiring somebody with a not so clean past.

I was told awhile ago Manny was done and it was all Mario.

If they are willing to fire Manny for Mario but keep him if he says no tells me we’re ran by even bigger idiots than I ever imagined. That would mean they’re blowing up multiple classes , trashing a season and permanently damaging a fanbase. Going into next year will makes goldens last year look like a picnic.

If that is their plan it’s a new one and one I’ve never heard. If true it would mean they’re far more inept than anyone imagined.
