Yo, how anyone cant see that if that is true, if that happened, that is serious. Thats beyond alarming. The guy goes from WANTING the job, going HOME to saying “oh no sir thanks but no thanks” that means he saw or became aware of some very troubling organizational issues. There is no other way to slice it in my opinion.

True enough , my only issue is I know they’re getting the info from Nunez’s side , not UM. Not saying it’s not true , just saying. I mean I wouldn’t believe if I hadn’t got the text yesterday. I actually PM’d @Hoyacane1620 about it at 530 am lol.

Brother, all we have left is to hope its not true. I am going to roll with that. But if it is true, i am under no illusion on what it means.

Jurich has already been eliminated from consideration. I truly hope that I am wrong and the whole narrative about Jurich being out was clever misdirection but considering that this is Miami here I really doubt it.

I hear you loud and clear. That is something that I had considered in terms of the Jurich is out narrative being some sort of misdirection. That thought brings a smile to my face as it gives me hope because dammit!..........Hope is a good thing.

So you completely discredit the theory that they could have narrowed down their search and he was told he didn't make the initial cut so he leaked to the media he "withdrew" his name? What makes you sure of your conclusion? I mean, his resume is not really impressive.

That being said I got a text yesterday saying how Nunez was getting frustrated with how the whole thing was being ran. I didn’t pay that no mind, then another person PM’d me tonight saying he turned Miami down. None of this came from the people I get most of my info and really trust but still.

if by turning us down you mean he knew he was probably not getting it and was uncomfortable with the attention so he decided to withdraw, then sure…. He turned us down.

But Cribby, if it is coming from Nunez's camp, it's obvious to save face they are going to say he withdrew for ego and reputation purposes. He put his name out there on his own and when he doesn't get it, it makes him look like a rejected lover. Sounds like someone is bitter and trying to bury the school.

How do you know that? How do you know that the Miami $ crew didn’t reach out to him? Nothing is “obvious”. Everything you said is an assumption bruh.

I am not sure and I dont know. I apologize if I gave any other impression. I hope what you say is the case, because the alternative would be very bad. And UM’s history doesn’t really warrant that benefit of the doubt to be honest.
