Notre Dame game thoughts

if our offense comes out like we did against VT and we can control the run, we'll be fine... i don't think ND will take a lot of risks on D so we won't be able to rely on the big bombs, really hoping for more accuracy from malik.

Miami needs to focus on runs of the middle and passes between 8-12 yards. There isn't alot of room on the corners and deep balls will be 50-50.

I’m not trying to be ****y or a ****head but I would be shocked if Wimbush finishes the game. It would genuinely suprise me.

I'm surprised the ND admin doesn't insist on shutting down the whole CvC thing. Very damaging to the reputation of the school, and must be a cancer on recruiting. What secular, non-white student/athlete would ever want to be part of that divisive community?

exactly, what drives me crazy is now people are saying that "ND needs to recruit more black guys". Im like really, you want to publicize it like that? How about ND needs to recruit people who are going to help them win.

Good luck with that one. Until ND embraces, or at least become more tolerant of, diversity of ideas, ethnicity, socio-economics, and of course skin color, it will likely remain a second-choice option for student/athletes who didn't attend parochial school...

The most talented running QB maybe. Not even close if we're talking about arm talent.

im ok with disagreeing on that. I see huge potential in his ability as a thrower, but not everyone does.

So when's this third year player gonna realize this potential?

first year player, been sitting running scout team for 2 years. He needs to get better in his timing and game experience, which has continued to develop through the season. He has shown his skills, big arm, throws a pretty ball, makes the right reads, just needs to adjust his timing.

He struggles throwing the forward pass. His accuracy is dog****.

I believe they have gotten there, but i dont see the need publicize it the way people do, or the need to comment on it. Josh Adams is a great case for it, comes from nothing, broken home, etc. Many are that way, but fans feel the need to comment on it like they are special for opening their doors to them.

They run a lot of quarters and cover 3 coverage from what I've seen. Similar to UNC, they try to keep everything in front of them. My concern is our offense sputtered against UNC, so it should be interesting to see our game plan for their defense.

Well I watch college football from 12-12 every single Saturday, as you may. I sincerely believe we have the best defense in america. I’ve watched eveybody & I really don’t think anybody causes as much disruption as we do. We have at minimum 10 NFL players in our rotation. Honestly I just think we’re too good on islands to be beat. I think the only way Miami loses is by a team who can beat them on the outside. I respect ND’s run game, I think they’re an exceptional team but I just don’t think this team can be beat in a box. We’re going to play single high. Mike Jackson is going to be on St. Brown & Adams n Co. are going to see a stacked box. I know what you’re gonna say (thats what everybody else tried). My point is you haven’t played a defense near this including Georgia.

I'm not impressed with anyone on their offense. Wimbush is their only real threat (use that word very lightly) as a runner, but our defense will break him by the 4th quarter.

Their defense is another overrated joke like VT.

Lol.. ok .. Adams only breaks a 60 + yard run almost every gm and averages 9 yards a carry but OK.. also ND WRs coming around and they have solid TEs who can catch the ball..ND 38 Miami 20
