not one single wrinkle

It does if you've got a huge corn fed offensive line.

Imagine how much better our defense would’ve been if they didn’t practice against just fades and screens.

We run the most basic pop warner offense yet for some reason it’s so complicated players are never ready. Doesn’t add up

I think even the players are shocked at how basic we are. Not ready probably means they are used to doing more advance stuff from their HS days and Richt hasn't reeled them in yet.

Wisconsin ran straight up the middle time after time.

That's the strength of their team we were missing big #9 in there. We knew going into the season we had next to nothing behind Willis and it showed last night.

Now I’m not the biggest x’s and o’s Guy but I watch a lot of CFB and it seems to me that we didn’t have any wrinkles to this offense that we rolled out.

The only thing close was when all the TEs were injured.

With that being said, how was Jarren Williams “not ready?” How was anyone not ready? We did the same ****, since the bowl game last year. Late in the year all of these early enrollees have to know: the route trees, or the blocking assignments.

No motion. No check with me to take away the youth factor.

The only pre-snap motion we have on this offense are the players transferring out.

Wrinkles, motion, creativity none of which exist in Mork's playcalling. We haven't done any of it all season long why would he start now?

Zero wrinkles. For a guy who spends a lot of hours outdoors Richt has really good skin. I think the hats and a high spf lotion help, but it’s really down to genetics

I thought the rugby kick down to the 2 yard line was a brilliant piece of stratergery. And my decision to go for the hot chocolate about mid third quarter was 3 dimensional chess, not checkers.

Agreed 100%.

This late into a season plenty of teams are playing true freshmen QBs. I advocated playing Perry last year to give him reps for season opener, and I also advocated doing that with Williams as to UF opener that he is 50% likely to start. The new redshirt rules are tailored PRECISELY for end of year games where you can get a " free" look at your freshmen( or other players) without burning the shirt.

Hard for any quarterback to be even average when DBs are sitting on WRs routes. They know exactly what play is being ran coming out the huddle. They don't even have to react, they know where our receivers are going to be already. Also our offensive game plan looks the same every week, don't these coaches watch film and diagnose the weaknesses in the other teams defensive. How is it possible to run the same 8 plays every week in the exact same order and not have one f{%% wrinkle. The best football thing about this year was that I discovered this board while I was deployed. This year has sucked family. Happy new year everybody and may 2019 bring us a better football team.

The entire time, Danny O kept saying, Wisky is sitting on everything b/c it’s predictable. Sounds eerily similar to what was said during the L$U game. Nothing has changed.

Thanks for your service!

The new wrinkle was hold on to the ball too long and then throw it up the middle late straight to the slow cornfed mofos in red & white (preferably a group of them in double or triple coverage). Rosier & Perry completed at least five of those! Awesome execution and a great wrinkle!:)
