Not a single thread on Blake Baker

our DEs probably didn't play as well as they could have but the lack of pressure was part of the gameplan. on 3rd and 5 we were dropping garvin and rushing 3... not really gonna get many sacks like that but it worked.

Nice job with the game plan. Instead of focusing on pressure they decided to stop the run and force Franks to win with his arm which he failed miserably at. Between showboating to the crowd and not backing it up with his play dude was exposed as a fraud!

His Defense gave up the lead by a talentless QB in the 4th quarter. Stop saying he was great. That’s not greatness. That’s amateur ****. Florida is garbage.

I'm not giving Baker that much credit. Way to many big plays given up. The UNC receivers were consistently getting behind the defense. That's on the coaches. The scheme he had on the 4th and 17 was atrocious. All you have to do is play dime cover 3 or quarters cover 2. Plant your heels on the 1st down line and tackle everything in front of you. An epic failure trying to be cute on 4th down and players not executing the scheme which falls back on the coaches.

So it's one thing to have the right scheme for the right moment. Secondly, the players have to execute the scheme. It's up to the coaching staff to prepare them. They had 2 weeks to prepare and the secondary looked worse than the Florida game. Stats can lie. The UNC receivers were wide open a lot of the time.

But gave up too many YPP. Some select porsters went nuts

I have no clue who you are but it's clear I'm living rent free in your head on a Monday morning

I'm not sure what I said in that post that was even remotely untrue or has anything to do with the UNC game.
