You’re right he took his 3-6 Year 1 team and improved to 5-7 year 2 and had a 9-3 season in year 3. Amazing how he had mass transfers and took 3 off seasons to build his team.

The OL was the weak link starting with the abnormal number of injuries, both season ending and missing gametime. You could say the cupboard was bare but geez. We had a lot. I'd like to see a list of our Oline with all our 2 deep players and number of games missed for each. When I see a couple guys playing at FSU that I couldn't believe were out there in the first quarter I knew we would **** the bed. I don't think our defense was as bad as it seemed but that they were out there so often and so many times after 3 and outs. All goes back to Oline.

If Mario only wins 9 games in year 3, something HAS gone horribly wrong. Not in the ACC Coastal. 9 wins next year "should" be the minimum, but after spending a fortune, by year 3, we should be in double digits.

Check the records - I am NO Manny shill - but can we be honest for a second here... if we gave Manny this much money, with Radokovich as AD, do you really believe he wouldn't be at 9 wins minimum 3 years in...?

I'm rooting for Mario, but he has A LOT of self-reflection to do. He HAS to get this right or he will become the latest victim of the coach killer known as the Hurricane HC position. We used to be where coaches went to launch their careers, and now, with the possible exception of Lashlee, we have been the place where at least HC's go to permanently destroy their careers. We're like the Bermuda Triangle that way.
