I hear that but why not come back and actually help us do something special as opposed to beating a seven-win FSU team? He didn't provide for his family today. He is going to get what? 20k signing bonus and if he doesn't make the team... that's it. So he gets, basically, no money and we get depth problems on the d-line. Lose-lose. Real canes don't hurt the family that way.

Look Norton was solid(but he had a mediocre year last season). You can replace 7.5 tfls and 2.0 sacks which he had in 2017.

You missed the point on purpose. Not one person here, myself included, said Sean Taylor, one of the greatest safeties of all-time, should stay another year. He was ready, Norton clearly was not.

When you have two true freshman DTs and a DE that can slide in as your top 7 you have depth issues.

They are 5th and 6th options at dt... a 5th option at end. That’s not bad come on no. People in those slots hardly see the field.

And it’s a ridiculously statement we loss 3dts of course 2 freshman will be 5th or 6th options on the roster... same with de(loss 3). Of course he will be the 5th option...
