All good points but what’s being overlooked is that Manny has an ego that few can match. Off all the college coaches I’ve ever met or interacted with few are as arrogant or egotistical as him. He would not turn down a massive P4 job like FSU if offered.

The short of it is that while Manny’s dad is a nice guy to talk to and comes across as very personable, Manny comes across as a prick. Thinks he’s the smartest guy in every room.

For the most part anyone who is a HC that went to a P4 answers the call if the job at their Alma Mater is available to them. I think Lashlee might be the only one who could have went to their Alma Mater and didn’t?
