So, Pud Elliott twats out a graphic on 5 senior QBs who will get an extra year of eligibility under the new NCAA rules (because they never previously redshirted).

And then Clay Fink (no additional nickname needed) becomes the Ethnicity Police to point out that poor Avery Johnson ("white with long blonde hair) appears to be African American. Of course, he doesn't question how the graphic was able to get five quarterback photos in EXACTLY THE SAME POSE.

I love how he is comparing "achievements". President Joe has been in charge at Miami for less than 2 years. Not sure where this "2019 til today" bull**** comes from, particularly since F$U's president took over in 2021.

I could give less than a **** about an ACC championship. I desperately wanted to win the natty last year without even bothering with the ACC championship game. Having a trophy for winning this piece of garbage conference we never should have joined means nothing. I just want to take one of the last bullets semenhole fans have left in their pea shooters.


PS, I have no idea how many Big East championships Miami has won. Like most Miami fans, I don’t care at all. Celebrating winning some trash conference is for teams that can’t compete for real titles.

Also, isn’t Bud still wrong here? The name of the rule is confusing 5 for 5. But it still states you only get 4 years of competition. All five of those QBs have logged stats in 3 seasons. 2026 will be season 4. That should be it. Am I wrong? Seems like the rule should be called 5 for 4 no matter what. To eliminate the Cam McCormick type players. As a professional writer should he not understand this? You can’t play 5 seasons no matter what. You get 4 seasons of play and you better get it done in 5 years or you’re done regardless.

I recall a few years ago when Bama winning the natty without winning the SEC became a media talking point for how “strong” the conference was.
