On a normalized basis, I could see your point.
But right now, F$U needs blue-chips in order to convince other blue-chips that F$U can land blue-chips.
As for his weight, I'm not buying that. He wouldn't be able to play for one year anyhow, and F$U is going to be so desperate for talent that they would definitely start an undersized LB out of sheer need.
Kid's got plenty of time to gain enough weight to play for one of the worst teams in the ACC.
