What a ******* idiot. Does he actually think other schools are going to agree to this? Sure, let’s make it easier for FSU now. Let’s all come to an agreement so that FSU doesn’t have to spend as much money. They’ve got some real short bus riders up in Tallahassee.

It’s not good. Not at all.

But for historical perspective - I decided to look at the database. To compare FSU to the weakest Miami squad of the last twenty years - a 2012 team that had barely over 20 blue chip players.

On paper, Florida State is better. Roughly .88 average score to .85. They have blue chip players - it’s not a complete wasteland. But the difference between Miami then and FSU now is longevity - players are cycling in and out of the program at Florida State and other schools so rapidly that it’s challenging to build a core. I’d rather have Stephen Morris who was entering his third year versus one of the three transfer quarterbacks that FSU brought in this offseason
