Unless I missed it, didn't see this one shared yet.

"I'm looking for a silver lining....can't find one right now."

i've been saying that fanbase is despondent bordering on suicidal. yet on twitter some of their fans are still talking to us about rented stadiums, acc titles and 80 yard practice fields. thats why twitter is not the real world.

It's all they have, because there is no hope on the horizon.

Never heard of it either. I assume it’s rural Georgia?
Ok, lived, taught and coached in Cobb Co for 25 yrs. New Manchester didn’t exist back then, however I found it in Douglas Co. it’s a Magnet school for performing arts ( FAME). Not sure about their FB team, but I bet they have a World Class Dance team and Cheer Squad, just sayin’ yall.

I wonder if Norvell settles with them early in season on a reduced buyout or if he stays firm on getting it all
In my unbiased and objective take, I think I he should stay as long as his contract allows. FSU/CFB fans talked about Mensah honoring his contract so they shouldn’t be trying to get rid of their obligation to him. Norvell should stay and collect his money. 🫡🤪

They call it a snub. A word that sounds small, almost dismissible. But what followed was anything but. It fractured belief. It introduced doubt where certainty once lived. Not overnight. Not all at once. But slowly—season by season, coach by coach, recruit by recruit—the aftershock settles

This is not just the story of a team left out. It’s the story of what happens when trust in the system dies… and how that death lingers. How a single moment can break the will of a program—and cast a shadow that stretches for decades.

If they had gone out and destroyed UGA 63-3, then they'd have an argument.

Think about the difference in response by their snub vs ours.
  • They cried, folded, cried, got beat 63-3, cried, went 2-10 and 5-7, and have never gotten over it.
  • On the other hand, we were snubbed in 2000 and came out and kicked the Gators' *** in the Sugar Bowl then won the title the next year.
  • We really had a strong case in 2024 with Cam but got snubbed. We responded by making a run to the title game the next year and 40 yards shy of the trophy.
It speaks volumes about culture, entitlement, and weak-mindedness of their school and fanbase.
