I agree that the article could (and should) have been 1/4 of its length. But I also agree with @TakeitinDiaz that the author was (not so) clearly saying FSU needs to be like Miami in order to succeed. Especially since five years ago, the roles were reversed, and we all were terrified that this was going to be us.
