Easiest way to do that is to put a maximum wage law in for the country. No employee can earn more than (x) amount more than the lowest paid employee in the company or state/federal office. Applied to all fields.I still think that NIL needs to have a maximum cap. This will be a situation, if not nipped in the bud, that will spiral out of control 5-10 years from now.
