No doubt he'll make it tougher. But then again, anyone is an upgrade over Norvell who can't recruit for ****. And like I said, this is a much different environment he'd be walking into then last time(if they did hire him). Not only that, but I think top recruits might be more hesitant now after seeing how much insane talent this guy has wasted throughout his years.
New (to the school) OC and a new QB… Bama playing them first game wasn’t an advantage in their favor. By week 3 a lot of folks opined the outcome would be different if they played again.

I never underestimate the ego of head coaches anymore. There’s been so many dudes who had it made at a lower P4 or G5 program and they threw it all away for the opportunity to coach at a bigger school. I mean Duke would sign Manny for life if he could win 6-8 games every year. But he’d jump at the opportunity to coach and fail at FSU in a heartbeat.

I can see that . Still the issue is he has to hit big time in the portal . They should spend all their money in the portal . They’ll need a qb , bunch of ol/dl . Same **** they did past year . I don’t put them loosing. On the qb . He’s kept them in the game with his feet . If they didn’t have them they wouldn’t even score . The other issue they have the dcord is bad . Manny is the perfect guy. FSU alumnus. Great recruiter. 2023 Broyles Award semi-finalist. That homecoming will have him motivated to turn around “The New FSU”. Not to mention that he hates Miami as evident by his tenure here.
