I somehow came across a YouTube Gator podcast that I listened to for maybe 5 minutes after their USF loss. 1 guy was saying this was Billy's most talented team and that they could still go 10-2. So, yes I have.

Good.

Beating them last year was wonderful, but it was like shooting a dying horse. Yeah, it's necessary, but you really don't get much joy out of it. They were a pathetic, dying sack of ****.

This year, they're all hopped up on hope and promise. Chest-out, strutting around with their garnet and gold on, all-in on Mike again, talking playoffs, etc. They're good again, right?

It will be SO MUCH better to snap their hearts and spirits in half, in their house, in 3 weeks.

Beating them will never be anything less than wonderful. Especially in the way we did, just a total bite the curb performance in which they went into the game with zero hope, and had even less basically before they settled into their seats. Just a thorough, physical ***-kicking. Glorious, and nights I live for.

But doing it when they have hope and think they're good is even better.

Agreed. I know we always want them to suck, but those wins where we crushed their dreams of getting to the national championship were definitely a lot sweeter.

Whether it’s a year where FSU is good, or sucks, and I don’t concede that they’re good this year because I think we’re going to see them fall off significantly, nonetheless this is how I want to beat them every year…

Who wants to tell them that the reason they’re ranked so high after 2 games is the pollsters can’t have Bama drop so far down that they’re out of the CFP already? Right now, it looks like Bama’s loss is against a top 10 team.

For the record, this is the happy medium.

It's early enough in the season that their heads are overinflated by one fortunate game-outcome.

But it's also early enough in the season for them to lose a LOT more games.

The guy’s thrown like 24 passes on the year are they serious? Theyre really taking a sample size of 1 and think they’re back. Absolutely delusional.
