Tears Nole Tears (“Offcial”)

I know we've all said it a hundred times and I'm beating a dead horse. But Mike Norvell owes Jordan Travis. He should gratefully gift at least half his salary to this young man. I'm serious. It's cruel universe we live in where a Mike Norvell can walk away with $100M while Travis gets nothing.
And Jimbo should fall to his knees and fellate Jameis every time he sees him

Indiana didn’t blow out old dominion, FSU didn’t blow out New Mexico State. That pretty much guarantees a natty for Norvell.

wait, so now they are comparing themselves to Indiana?
I think it's more of them trying to say Old Dominion was a cupcake and IU struggled a bit with them. Saying can't take away anything from game 1. Or, they could also be saying that NMSU is a quality opponent, similar to how ODU was for IU and that's why the game was close. Except that's not really the case here.

ODU Probably had no business hanging around Indiana that close, but they were a good G5 team last year. Went 10-3 last year with their 3 losses to IU (playoff team), James Madison (playoff team) and Marshall (bad loss). ODU also beat a P4 team in Virginia Tech. Yeah, I know VT sucked last year, but they won that game easily. ODU was also smoking teams in the regular season.

IU was also in control 100% of the game against ODU. It was never in question. IU had 30 first downs compared to 10 first downs for ODU. They outgained them by over 200 yards. ODU had 314 total yards and 97 of those yards also came on their final drive in the 4th qtr in which they also scored a garbage time TD to make the game look closer. IU had starters pulled by then. FSU vs NMSU was close throughout the game and close statistically. Game was never in control for FSU until their late TD in the 4th.

That NMSU team was not comparable to ODU and would have lost to ODU much worse than FSU beat them.

Change opponents for both squads and IU is beating NMSU 70-0. Old Dominion is beating FSU 34-28.

Richt kept it vanilla for 3 years!
Richt was a courtesy hire imo .
What do you mean by that? Courtesy hire? Hired him because he needed a job and is a Cane? 100% not looking for an argument. I’m asking because I made a comment a few weeks back about how I think Richt gets venerated by many at a level that is not commensurate to what he produced on the field and I got torched by several people. They all cited off field things and said “made us respectable” or something to that effect. I’m just curious about your comment, that’s all.

I think he got the job without looking to much in it because he’s an alumni x Georgia coach. He did better on his off the field work more than he did coaching at Miami . Kinda like Diaz hire too. . He was another lazy hire. Idc what people think of me I call it how I see it .

i mean he got the job off being a x alumni and Ga coach . He was washed up but did great things off the field for the university . I think he was past retirement . I also thought Diaz was a trash hire . Idc what people think of me never have my entire life . I call it like I see it prob why I stopped getting promoted why I was in the military . I stayed at the same rank for my last 6 years than I retired

That’s exactly how I see it. Great guy (Richt); lazy hire who was past his prime.

I don't really care about getting torched or what other people think of me with the exception of sometimes those instances are opportunities for self awareness and learning. It's why I asked you your reasoning. You were kind enough to validate my precious feelings - thank you.
