I’ll agree that the weather definitely didn’t make things easy but there’s NO WAY that should have been a 6 point game after three quarters.
 
Not sure who I want 50-burgers 40+ margins on more, FSU or Duke?

FSU because it’s FSU and because we should’ve had one last year at Trailerhassee. Mario was seething after the game, how a 28-3 fourth-quarter lead became a much tighter victory than it should’ve been. No reason that shouldn’t have been a 35-42 margin.

Mario will remember.

Duke because of Mensah and Manny. You know there will be hype into the game maybe even some chatter on the Duke side. Manny isn’t going to run his mouth, but you know some of his players might. The sports media could bait someone into it, or just repeat the story until Miami is sick of listening to it and ****ed off.

How about both? Why settle?

Duke’s defense is cheeks. We could line up in the wishbone every play and still blow them out.

Free Shoes University is gonna get obliterated the way they should have been last year, as you mentioned. Too many guys on this year’s team will remember that. Pretty sure Mario ripped them a new bunghole in the locker room afterwards. The players will remember that as well.

We have never been at least since the 70s or something maybe beforehand and I don’t even know, as down as they are. They have six or more losses and seven of their last nine seasons. I think you have to go back to the 70s to find a 2 win season for us.

What we were essentially was seven and five for 20 years with a few below that and a few above that.

This last nine years for them other than that one undefeated season is the worst stint that either program has had in decades and they haven’t even come out on the other side yet
